All boats comply with all of the local Mexican Maritime Authorities regulations and permits. Since 2012 our entire fleet is also certified in the ISPS Code (International Ship and Port Security Code) as requested by the International Maritime Organization as well as Mexican Authorities. Cabo Tenders is presently the only tendering company in all of Mexico that holds these hard to get certifications and permits.

Our tender experience gives guests a unique open view of the bay of Cabo San Lucas and make the arrival into the Cabo San Lucas harbor a fun and memorable experience.

CERTIFICATES

In 2012, Cabo Tenders successfully completed the training, complied with all requirements and was granted the ISPS Certification for its fleet and staff, being the first tendering company in Mexico to obtain such certification, this in keeping with our mission of being the best tendering company, offering high standard service to our guests.

Here you’ll find the certificate that the OMI and the Mexican Government grants to our company, also you’ll find our valid Safety Certificates for each ship of the fleet issued by the local Maritime Authority.
